St. Geezy 2011 :)

So The Jazz Studio had another competition down in St. George this year... I love this competition. Not only is it a good comp for the girls, it's also a nice little get away. Which I was in need of badly. The girls, Jon and I decided to go down a couple days earlier to get some time to play and have some fun.... which we had a lot of

A special thanks to Kelli's family for letting us use their house for the weekend... Thursday morning we drove down, once we all got settled in we headed out for some adventures!
Din Din, shopping, just hung out & some more shopping!

So the very first year, the girls and I went down to St. George for a dance competition, we were at the mall and saw this awesome little car and I was for some odd reason in love with it. Every year since then I get a picture in it! Good memories! :)

Friday we spent as much time out in the sun as we could. The weather was AMAZING and it felt soooo nice to get away from the depressing cold weather of Bountiful. 80 degree weather just made me a happy girl! Wish that summer would just come FASTER!!

We goofed around a lot, as you can see from some of these pictures!!

Rachel and I both had freaking awesome pajamas from none other than Victoria's Secret... My night gown and Rachel's optical illusion pj's! Awesome i know!!

Surprisingly, this was my first vacation that I didn't feel like I gained 20 pounds on. We really didn't eat as much as we usually do on trips. But hey, I'm not complaining!

aaaannndd.... Jon made us cinnamon rolls and chocolate covered strawberries! random huh?? But ohhh so good! :)

Here are pictures from the whole reason we came down to St. G.... I wish I had more but I don't. If I happen to find some, I will post them. Jon is on The Jazz Studio's hip hop team, and let me tell you... he is AMAZING! i am not kidding. Same with cute little Ella... She is on the Mini company and if she could she would probably be on the Show Team (highest team). She is unbelievably good for her age. I love these two!!!

The Jazz Studio did amazing!!! The girls all had tough competition, but nailed it! We got eleven 1st places, two 2nd places, "Overall Studio", Hiphop/Show Team won "Best Showmanship" Mini's also won "Best Showmanship" and "Overall High Point". So proud of our dancers!!
My sisters are troopers for sure!! And have been for years.... always coming to my competitions, even when I was young and competing. Saturday I had to be at the comp at 7 AM and we were there until almost 10 PM. No worries, I was a nice sister and let the girls sleep in a bit and didn't make them come when I had to be there. I tried to keep them entertained when I could, and I thought I did a good job! I mean come on, it's me! ;) plus I bought them cotton candy!!

Saturday night Jon had to drive home right after the competition, so it was just us girls the rest of the trip!! It was a good time, but it's crazy how much safer you feel with a guy staying with you. It was fun having him come along!!

So I'm sure you all know, that the Moultrie's are milk LOVERS. Especially me. My mom probably goes through 7-8 gallons of milk a week. Crazy I know!! But it's just so darn good. Well we had bought a gallon of milk when we first got down to St. George and the morning we left there was probably less than half left, but we didn't want to waste any of it... so we chugged it right down.

The girls and I tried to go swimming in the Hotel that we had been swimming at the whole trip, but unfortunately we were unable to succeed one last time. We contemplated going to Sand Hollow for the day but we decided to just go hiking... and boy was it an adventure! We had this hugeeee burst of energy the entire time.. all three of us! We had lots of laughs, good times for sure. right girls?!

We made it home safely... but we sure are some grumpy girls! Now it's off to bed!! :)

p.s. The new playlist was inspired by our lovely trip
