finally. SUMMER!! :)

Okay so it feels like so much has been going on since the last time I posted....So much that I don't have hardly any new pictures. what? Crazy!! Life has just been busy, busy, busy! We had our annual 'End of Year' recital at The Jazz Studio.... which went so well. I am so proud of all our girls (and boys)!!! It's kind of weird what kind of emotions are broughtout at our recital.... a bunch of happiness, relief, stress, but also a lot of sadness! You really grow to love and care for each one of the dancers and to think that the season is over always makes me emotional. I love all of my girls and I hope that I will see most of them next year, and if not, I'll be sad to see them go! But it was such an amazing year, and I'm excited for what's in store for next year.

I've also possibly got another job lined up, which if it worked out would be SO good. I havebeen looking for a job for so long... and it came at just the right time!! I'd be working for my uncleScott at American National Insurance as a CSR. Mostly during paper/office work...which I absolutely LOVE.

We also had our lovely Memorial Day breakfast & BBQ this past weekend!! Which I always enjoy. But because it seems like we've been living in a rain forest the last little while, we had to enjoy our breakfast & BBQ (that we usually have outside) inside this year. Kind of a bummer, but it was still fun!!

FINALLY. it's starting to feel like SUMMER!!! I feel like I have been waiting for this moment for sooo long, and now that it's finally here I'm just going crazy with excitement!! Summer is my all time favorite season. The cold weather and I just don't get along. I love being out in the nice warm sun!! :) Last Saturday it hit a whoppin 84 degrees!!!!! and of course, the girls and I hit up FP (farmington pool) for the first time summer 2011! It was actually a good time. the sisters, Brooke & Victoria were there alllll day long. Laughing.eating.talking.gettin our tan on.&just hanging out = an AMAZING day.

Saturday we had a bunch of friends over, enjoying the fire in the backyard, s'mores and just being with good friends. Sunday was Rachel's 19th Birthday!!!! I can't believe how old we are getting. I hope you had a FABULOUS birthday Rachie!!!!

OH!! look who came to Utah for a visit!!!! :) The Hawkes family... AKA... my Nebraska Family. I got to take the kids Tuesday afternoon for a while. And boy was I just as happy as can be!! I've missed these kids more than anything! It was so good to see them!
