weekend FULL of excitement!!!!

This weekend has been full of excitement!!! First off...... MY BROTHER AND TIMBER-KY GOT ENGAGED!! It's official. :) I am SO happy and excited for the both of them!! I'm going to have another sister!!! I am so unbelievably excited! The big day is March 18 at the Draper Temple.

--I wish that I could have been home at this exciting time. But this is why I am so thankful for SkYpE.

Saturday I was able to sleep in and it felt SO good!! I haven't been able to sleep-in in a very long time it feels like!! and because I haven't been feelin so great it felt really nice to be able to sleeeeep. I finally cleaned my room and bathroom, it was in need of a good clean!! Saturday afternoon, Kelli, the kids and I went to a pumpkin patch and spent the day there!! Ali had SO much fun. There was face painting, pony rides, kind of like a petting zoo-- there were kittens, chicks, and bunnies that you could hold and feed. There was a corn maze that Ali led us threw and a hay ride that Ali loved!! She made a new friend on the hay ride and they had a blast. It was a fun day!! :)

made it through the corn maze!! Good Job Ali Hawkes.
pigggss....

One of Ali's new friends! They were beautiful girls!!!!

Saturday night, The family went to check out the new RED MANGO in town. It's just like all the frozen yogurt shops all over the country..... It was yummy and i might consider going back. My conclusion--- I've tried many different frozen yogurt places and YOGURT STOP is by far my favorite!!! It was a fun little adventure.

and Last but not least..... Sunday we (well Kelli) made Caramel Apples!! :) mmmmm SO so yummy. What a grrrrreat way to end the weekend!

---OH! and not that I'm counting or anything but there are 38 days until I head back home.... excited but not so excited at the same time.

  1. I totally agree with you about Yogurt Stop being the best frozen yogurt! I really miss it because we lived right down the street from it in Utah! We have yet to find a place as good as it out here.
